As a company policy, we never set up a candidate for an in person meeting with one of our clients without first meeting every candidate for an in-depth face to face interview, which is set up by appointment only. PRE-EMPLOYMENT TESTING :
In order to ensure that the candidate has the proficiency you require, we have the ability to conduct extensive skills appropriate testing. We use the latest version of “Prove It!“ testing software by Kenexa. With over 1200 validated skill assessments available in technical software, financial, behavioral, legal, medical, clerical, call center, industrial and more. All of which adhere to EEOC guidelines.
PRE-EMPLOYMENT BACKGROUND CHECKS :
We understand that a comprehensive and accurate background screening process is key to selecting the right talent. This can be a very complex task and we do not believe in cutting corners when it comes to this facet of client service. PRE-EMPLOYMENT ELIGIBILITY TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATES :
U.S. law requires companies to employ only individuals who may legally work in the United States – either U.S. citizens, or foreign citizens who have the necessary authorization.
